Commercial Site/Booths are allotted through open auction. The person who gives highest bid is allotted commercial site. The payment of commercial sites can also be made in easy instalments.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT OF A NEW COMMERCIAL BOOTH/SITE

The following payment schedule has been fixed for a new commercial sites.

• 10% of bid amount is payable at the time of fall of hammer.

• 15% of the total cost is payable within 30 days of the date of issue of Letter of Allotment.

• The balance 75% of the cost is payable lumpsum within 60 days without interest or in 8 equated half yearly instalments in  case of SCF/SCO and 10 half yearly equated instalments in case of booths/kiosks, with 15% interest per annum.
